These terms govern orders placed with Fern & Fetch SAS, La Ferme des Bruyères, 24380 Vergt, France (SIREN 881 204 517), through this website. By placing an order you accept them.
1. Products
Products are described as accurately as we can. Because the food is made from seasonal ingredients, colour and piece size vary between batches. Nutritional analyses are typical values.
2. Prices and payment
Prices are in euros, including VAT at 20 %. Payment is taken when the order is placed. A pre-order is charged when the order is confirmed, and refunded in full if we cannot deliver it within 30 days of the announced date.
3. Right of withdrawal
Under the French Consumer Code you may withdraw from your order within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Our own guarantee (30 days, opened bags included) goes further; see Shipping & returns.
4. Liability
Our food is complete and balanced for healthy dogs of the life stage on the bag. It is not a veterinary diet. If your dog has a diagnosed condition, ask your vet before changing food.
5. Disputes
French law applies. Consumers may use the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform or the consumer mediator named on your order confirmation.
