Fern & Fetch SAS is the data controller for this website. We collect only what an order or a question needs, and we do not sell or rent it.
What we collect
- Account and order details: name, address, email, telephone, order history. Kept for ten years as French accounting law requires.
- Emails you send us. Kept for three years after the last exchange.
- Product reviews you post, shown with the name you give.
- Server logs (IP address, pages requested, browser) kept for 30 days for security. Repeated abusive requests are blocked automatically.
Cookies
The shop uses the cookies needed to keep a basket and a login session. There is no advertising and no third-party analytics on this site.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, or have it deleted by writing to hello@app.nserf.org. You may also complain to the CNIL.
