Shipping
When pre-orders open in October 2026 we will ship from the farm on Tuesdays and Fridays with Colissimo. France: €5.90, free from €49. Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Spain and Italy: €9.90, free from €79. Orders placed before noon on a shipping day leave the same day; delivery takes two to four working days.
Returns
If your dog does not take to a recipe, tell us within 30 days and we will refund the bag or swap it for another recipe. Opened bags included: we would rather learn what did not work. Treats and chews can be returned unopened within 14 days.
Damaged parcels
Photograph the parcel before opening it and write to hello@app.nserf.org with your order number. We reship at our cost.
